Happy The Man are an American progressive rock band primarily from the 70s specializing in virtuoso instrumental tracks within complex time signatures.

After the keyboardist Kit Watkins decided to leave the band to join Camel in 1979, the group disbanded. Later they put together their unreleased material and released a "final" album in 1983.
